3rd Street Center

Presented as a 30 year old shopping center, this project consisted of re-finishing the existing storefront facade. The main focus of this design was to modernize the storefronts, while minimizing construction costs. Such projects like these not only help increase value, but also revitalizes nearby neighborhoods.
