Ahgassi

Following the success of Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong, Ahgassi Gopchang was seen to be the next go-to Korean BBQ place in the ever-bustling Koreatown. The concept was heavily influenced by its predecessor, relying on a modernized Korean “pocha” design (“Pocha” is known as a street food vendor in Korea). This project consisted of creating a unique environment in the midst of an oversaturated market of Korean BBQ restaurants in Koreatown. Apart from the exceptional food, many attribute Ahgassi Gopchang’s success from its oddly comfortable atmosphere.
